Advice to someone wanting to start their own weight loss journey:

The program works. Do what they say and you will lose weight. The girls are great encouragers and really can offer suggestions and solutions to your personal situations. I found the cost was offset by what I saved by not eating out as much, planning ahead and not eating as much.

Tell us about your weight loss transition from where you were to where you are now:

I have dropped 3 almost 4 sizes in 7 months. It helped me break down the sizes to pounds. “If I stick to it, I can be a size ___ by what date or event. My energy levels have increased so much than before! I can cross my legs!

The weight came off fast enough not to lose hope but not so fast that I didn’t have time to change my bad habits. The lower calorie diet combined with medications and supplements help you realize that you can survive and feel better without those large, high calorie meals.
