You can do this diet. Set your mind to thinking of the end result – feeling and looking better. You won’t feel hungry and the weight comes off quickly. That helps keep you motivated. The staff at One Body Weight Loss & Wellness Center is so encouraging and helpful that it keeps you on track. Make your weekly visits – this is helpful on the journey!
Tell us about your weight loss transition from where you were to where you are now:
I think before I eat about how far I have come health wise and how I feel about myself now; looking better and being thinner. I know I have made a life change and I don’t want to go back. Friends and family tell me, “You look so good!” It is life changing and my self-esteem is boosted. I try to recommend this diet to others. I believe I can do this for the rest of my life. It is do-able and it doesn’t feel like you are depriving yourself like other diets I have been on!
One Body made a difference in my life because…
I am able now to be more active. I no longer hurt or get as tired. People are always talking to me about looking good and asking me what I did. I get to share and maybe help someone else be happy and healthier. It is a new lease on life!
