Before I started at One Body, I felt like I was the biggest person in the room. I would hide behind people in pictures or just avoid them all together. I was busting out of my size 18 pants and 1x tops. I finally hit a wall and decided to make a lifestyle change! I was super faithful even while traveling around the U.S. in seven months I got off track by eating 2 Cheetos, 8 M&M’s, and 12 cheez-itz. That’s all! I was headstrong, determined and faithful! I started blowing through clothing sizes and am comfortable in my size 8 pants and medium shirts! One Body changed my life!

I feel so much better, have more energy, and enjoy shopping for clothes and exercising. I have completed a few 5k’s and more in the works.
