Every time I embarked on a weight loss plan, I would do good for a while, but always felt like I was on a diet. Deprived and hungry. On the One Body plan, I never felt that, After the first week I felt fantastic, and each weak when I saw the results, it motivated me even more. I was a size 16 and felt lethargic and self conscious. After I started the One Body program, and I saw myself shrinking, my confidence zoomed! I now wear a size 4 and love shopping for clothes because they fit well, adn the purpose is no longer to hide my body, but to show it off! I feel like I’ve been let in on a secret, that skinny people and Hollywood has known about for years. I know how to stay thin, and anyone can do it too!
